I am a lawyer in CT, not AZ but practice in thei area. In CT, on the 4th DUI, you are required to serve 1 year in jail and you lose your license forever. I cannot imagine that the law is substantially different. I am quite certain that you are exposed to jail time - at least 1 year, including statutory fines in an estimated amount of $1000. I suggest hiring a lawyer to deal with this to avoid the maximum penalty to the extent that the statute is not manadatory.
