Access to neighbors property.
I need access to neighbors property to make repairs on the north side of my
home. New owners said they can’t allow access unless I sign paperwork which
says they are not responsible for contractor injuries and that I’m responsible for
any damage to their lawn. Never had issues with previous owns of adjacent
property. What are my rights?

You have NO right to access your neighbor's property (unless there is an easement in your deed for this purpose): it is *their* property and they decide who may enter it, when, why, and under what terms of conditions. They are perfectly within their rights to require you to take responsibility for any damage your entrance does and for any injury to your contractors, and can refuse access unless you do this.
