If about 2 years ago I was arrested on a misdemeanor charge that was dropped, will this show on a fingerprint or a FINRA background check?

It never went in front of a judge and I didn’t take a plea deal or diversion, all charges were just dropped.

The arrest may or may not show up. If it does, since the charge was dropped, you will most likely qualify for an "expungment". This means that the record of your arrest will be cleared from your record; it will be as though it never happened. However, to be certain as to your rights, you should consult directly with a local criminal law attorney. You can at least google the word "expungment" and the name of your state for further information.
