If a Trust was left for my brother.items purchased by the trust belong to him or the trustee?

The items purchased included a vehicle, mobile home. If they were to be sold, who gets the monies – my brother or the trustee?

Anything purchased by a trust set up for your brother's benefit will belong to your brother, not the trustee. The trustee may receive some compensation (a trust can allow or require the trustee to be compensated), but if so, the only compensation the trustee receives is that specificall provided for by/in the trust.
