If I moved to another state 5 months ago and need to file for bankruptcy, where do I file?

A nasty divorce has left me with no other option but to file for bankruptcy. I cannot afford the house.

You file in US Bankruptcy Court in either the Eastern of Western Ditrict of Arkansas.  Here is a link: http://www.arb.uscourts.gov/.  If you do not know what you are doing, consult a bankruptcy attorney.  Ask your divorce attorney to recommend someone.
