If a friend I posted bail for has left town and his court date is tomorrow, what are my rights and responsibilities?
Can I be in any trouble for knowing he left before the hearing or being in contact with him after? I do not know where he is.

No, you can not be in trouble for knowing he left since you are not his keeper. You could be in trouble for helping him leave, harboring him to avoid prosecution, etc. It is unlikely that the court will find an obligation on your part to have stopped him. Know, though, that the money you posted is at risk. Good luck.
