If a bench warrant was issued 9 years ago and last year the case was volle prosequi, where do I stand now?

Nolle prosequi means that there will be no further prosecution of the case either as to some of the charges or all of the charges against you.  You won't be  subject to prosecution for the charges in the bench warrant.
