If I take deferred judgment for felony conviction, what happens to my criminal history record during the period of deferred judgment?

Will I still have final felony conviction on record while I’m under the period of deferred judgment (1-3 years probation or with given terms)?

Under the laws of all states in this country, if you take deferred judgment there will be a conviction as to you for the crime. However, if you pass the terms of the court probation, the criminal conviction will be removed as a matter of law.
