Company History: Founded 1931 as Badger State Casualty Company, Partners Mutual originally sold Auto insurance to Wisconsin drivers. Partners is managed by the third generation of the founding family.

They are very incompetent. They make no effort to resolve the issues including contacting other insurance companies involved.

We had an accident on our property while we were not home. They are NOT covering the injury claim instead. . .they filed a lawsuit against us

We had our home and all of our automobiles insured thru Partners Mutual. Our payment was automatically taken out of savings on the 16th of every month. One month they tried to take it out 5 days early and the money wasn’t there yet. They cancelled our policy immediately with no call or email. We got them to reinstate it a week later. Last week another account took two payments out of savings and when Partners went to take the payment it wasn’t there. Again no call. Just dropped the entire policy immediately. Our agent caught it yesterday and begged and pleaded with Partners as this was a simple error. They said because it had happened twice in 4 years they would not take us back as policy holders. So we went for a full week with no insurance coverage on our home or cars. Thanks. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Mistakes happen and a simple phone call would have remedied this.

While filing a claim I had to make the phone calls to get the bank paid off and the claim wasn’t resolved for 5 months only because I did all the follow through phone calls.

Take out monthly payments earlier than was told.

Run The are extrememely poor on every level

Multiple contractors have told us this is by far the worst insurance company they have ever seen. All were in shock how poorly they treat their insured. I was told that they don’t care if I have mismatched siding, They don’t have to make my siding all one color, so they aren’t going to pay for that. I would rather go without insurance and risk loosing anything in a disaster than give money to company that treats a 15 year customer so poorly over such a small claim.
