Insurance Question from Baltzer, MS

Asked on 11/17/2011

Is it too late to get a lawyer? My family and I were involved in a no fault accident two months ago. Three of us have been seen by doctor several times..two have not. State Farm has agreed to pay for medical bills but only offer 1000.00 in compensation. The at fault driver rear ended my car..totaling it out. He did not slow down or take caution through three areas of burning grass on the Hwy...all cars had to take this precaution because of the thick smoke...Anyway...I don't know what to do at this point...please help
