Insurance Question from Blooming Grove, TX
Asked on 11/23/2013
I have been offered a settlement. Should I take it? I was rear-ended on the highway. I was at a dead stop due to a chair falling out of someone's truck in front of me. The person that hit me was going approximately 80 mph. There car was totaled and caused over $6,000 in damage to mine. I went to the hospital was diagnosed with whiplash & strained muscles in back, shoulder. As well as a sprained wrist. My medical bills came to $1200. I lost about $300 in wages. The insurance company is offering me $500 is this a good settlement?

this is really not an insurance question. Talk to an attorney
