Insurance Question from Portage, MI
Asked on 07/08/2013
Auto Injury Settlement I am in the state of Michigan. I was involved in an auto accident a few months back. The other party was completely responsible, admitted it, and was cited by police. I injured one of my knees. I was diagnosed and treated (2 surgeries) with a torn ACL, medial meniscus, lateral meniscus, and cartilage damage. Recovery has been very extensive & painful and has left a few scars. I have been off work for 11 weeks now and may be longer. My insurance has covered lost wages and medical bills. Third party insurance wants to settle. What can I expect for "pain and suffering" (ballpark)? Thanks
