If I moved out 1 month early because of bed bug infestation and a nuisance tenant, can they sue me for 2 months rent?
Shortly after move in we find roaches, security call box never repaired, harassment from another tenant, and last but not least bed bugs.

Reading your lease would be helpful here. Was there a clause that said that you had to give them 30 days notice before you left? That may account for the extra 30 days. You technically breaached the agreement although I surely understand why. But what you really needed to do was to go to court to start a proceeding against the landlord for the breach of the warranty of habitability and to ask for an abatement (reduction) of the rent as well as to fix the problems or void the lease. And to pay your rent in to court. Now you have to defend yourself rather than making the landlord defend himself. Good luck.
