What kind of motion do I need to file with the judge to have my divorce heard?

This is a procedural question meaning that it has to do with the law in the state of Kentucky that governs how cases get before a Judge.  It may not necessarily be a motion but that depends on the where your case is in terms of the stage of the litigation.  Sometimes all you have to do is to file for a conference.  Listen, court clerks can not give legal advice but they can let you know what options are given the status of the file.  I would go down to court, pull your file and speak with eithe a clerk or ask to see the legal assistant for the judge assigned to the case.  Good luck.
