If you and your spouse are going through a divorce where there are no children as to your marriage, there is nothing legally preventing you from moving to another state pending the finalization of your dissolution.
The only issue would be if there was a court proceeding that you had to personally attend. However, if you have an attorney representing you in your dissolution, then the attorney can make the court appearance for you.
