I was looking into the deed on our home when I went to the county assessor website I saw this.

The deed of trust that you and your husband are listed on means that you are both obligated on the loan for the property that you are writing about. However, since you are solely on legal title to the property, it means that you alone are the owner of record for it, not your husband.
