DoI have the right to view reciepts for damagesthat Ihave to pay?
I along with many other people are being fined for a broken elevator. I want to be able to check the bill for repairs to make sure we are not being taken advantage of. Do I have the right to view receipts and bills?

If you are being assessed damages for the costs to repair a broken elevator, you have every legal right to carefully inspect and review all receipts and bills for the item that you are writing about.
After you have reviewed such, you than have the ability to make an informed decision to make the payment or challenge certain portions of the bill.
