I'm not sure what your question is here. Do you mean that your dad's life insurance provider told you your father had a beneficiary on his life insurance policy? And are you also a beneficiary? And are you a beneficiary of his annuity? They always request a copy of the death certificate, so if that's the issue, no need for concern.
