Georgia Divorce Resources:
Child Support Services: The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) website contains all the official information, fact sheets, office locations, and services information available to the people of the state of Georgia. Well-designed and user-friendly, it is a division of Georgia.gov.
DeKalb County Superior Court – Family Law Information Center: One of two Georgia county-level divorce information centers we list on FreeAdvice.com, the DeKalb County family law center provides easily accessible information on the physical location of the Center, the services it provides, and some helpful instructions for filling out legal forms. For the forms themselves, DeKalb residents can use this site, or anyone can check out our Forms section.
Domestic Violence: This excellent resource includes names and phone numbers for anti-domestic violence assistance programs for every county in Georgia, along with some statewide services.
Georgia Legal Aid: This website is a useful and user-friendly gateway to basic legal information and legal resources for the state of Georgia. It is a joint project of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and the Georgia Legal Services Program.
Fulton County Family Division ‘Information Center: The second divorce information center we list here is for Fulton County. It provides a similarly high level of user-friendly, no-nonsense information on family issues, including forms and instructions for Fulton County residents.
