You should be able to buy a copy of any transcripts of court proceedings, hearings, or trials from the court reporter's office, though be advised that these can be very expensive (depennding on length, easily several hundred dollars). You do NOT have any right to any other materials or to get anything from the parties to the case  (e.g. plaintiff, defendant) unless you were yourself a party to the case (not a witness, someone suing or being sued), in which case you may be able to make a motion or use the legal mechanisms of "discovery"  to get the material you want. A non-party, even a witness, has no right to anything except what any member of the public could get or purchase. A party could voluntarily choose to share information or documentation, etc. with you, but doing so would be purely voluntary.
