Is my marriage valid?

I was married in dec of 2014 in North Carolina. We moved to Florida in February of 2015. I found out in dec of 2015 he was still married to a woman in Virginia. Their divorce was not final until June of 2016. Am I truly married or is my marriage null and void and can I end marriage with annulment?

Your marriage is not legal. In the eyes of the law, it is "null and void". In other words, rdsm it is as if it never took place. The fact is that someone can only be married to one person at a time. At this point, you can either re-marry or obtain an annulment.
