TB Testing requirements
I have worked at my job in a medical office for 2 1/2 years. And have never gotten tb tested by my employer. They recently finally tested us for tb and mine came back positive. All my past TB tested at my previous job were negative. Can I pursue legal action since my employer failed to tested me for so long?

Your employer does not have a legal obligation to test you for TB. Therefore, whether they tested you early, late, or never makes no difference: not being tested by them does not create an liability on their part, whether for the illness, any medical bills you have, or loss of income from not being able to work.
