What to expect if my sister was given a summons 2 years ago for being in the park after hours but failed to appear because she was pregnant at the time?
In a recent background search, a warrant came up for this offense. What should she expect when going to criminal court to clear this warrant up? Will she be detained or just ordered to pay the fines?

She may very well be detained or released ROR. She needs to talk to counsel about getting this warrant dismissed or seeing what can occur for her in terms of a fine payment without appearance. She should not attempt to deal with this alone. Talk to counsel and see if she can have a criminal defense attorney quickly help her get this matter resolved.
