What to do if my spouse found out that he had an arrest warrant out because of a failed drug test while on probation for possession of marijuana?

He called his PO who advised he would be arrested as soon as he came to his next (which was supposed to be his last) meeting. We were getting married in 2 weeks, so he skipped his meeting. That was several months ago.

Hello. I urge that your spouse have private attorney counsel right away - seek an attorney licensed in your state. You also are unwise to post details of private criminal issues on a public website. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will speak initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. All the best.
