What to do if the custodial parent lied about the living arrangements with the child?
The child does not live with the custodial parent; the child lives with her (the child’s) grandmother. What can I do to prove and have the courts to order child support on the custodial parent?

What you are going to have to do is to prove that the child does not live with the Mother but with the grandmother and then petition the court to modify the custody order or the support order or both. How you prove this really depends. There can be witnesses and testimony. Copies of school records listing the legal address. Photos or surveillance film. Good luck.
