Under the laws of all states in this country it is recognized that sometimes it is best for one spouse to leave the other spouse and move out of the shared residence for the good of both of them. As such, if you move put of your unit shared by you and your husband, your moving out will have no negative effect upon and marital dissolution filing for you.
