What to do if we were given 30 days to vacate our rental house which the land lord has to sell?
Since we were given notice she is calling 2 and times a week and telling us to get put crap together and get out. She is also alling my fiancees mfriendother (who was a family friend ) and asking when we are leaving and what the heck is going on and has say across the street waiting and come around the property taking pics without notice. This started 4 days after our 30 day notice. Is this harassment? Do we have recourse? She refused our rent payment and wants us out because of her financial problems. We have been here for 14 months.

If your lease is longer than a month-to-month lease then the landlord legally cannot evict you until the term of your lease is up. If you are on a month-to-month lease then what the landlord is doing is legal even if you are getting calls twice a week. I suggest that you consult with a landlord tenant attorney further.
