What to do if my ex-husband’s attorney’s secretary revealed private, personal information about me to a family member of my boyfriend?
This info would only be known through allegations my ex had on me that are contained in the file. Needless to say It’s been quite damaging to our relationship. Even though the secretary works for the opposing attorney, wouldn’t this be considered to be confidential?

Based upon what you have written about your only recourse would be for your current family law attorney to write your "ex's" attorney making an internal complaint as to what happened. Most likely such a letter will not get a response based upon my experience in such matters.
