What to do if I went to the dentist for an emergancy and they did a partial root canal but now I have nerve damage and can’t feel my lip or chin?
I also had to get the tooth removed because the packing that he put in the tooth was hiting my nerve. It has been 3 weeks and I still can’t feel my lip or chin. Is this a something that I can sue for?

If the injuries that you are experiencing right now are because of incorrect techniques or procedures by the dentist, then you can sue for damages associated with a medical malpractice claim. The main thing you will have to show is that the injury and the dentist's performance are connected.
